Loom Bands

Hi,

You've probably already seen the trend Loom Bands, the small elastics were you can make bracelets out of. They became a huge trend and are also very fun to make: perfect when you've got nothing to do this summer.
First we thought it was a little childish, but literally everybody has them! Also a lot of celebs fell in love with them for excample Kate Middleton (as you see in the picture above), Miley Cyrus and Harry Styles.

And if you've already have some looms but don't know how to get started, here are some video's that can be helpfull:



This first video is on how to make a normal fishtail bracelet, wich is very easy and not that difficult. The video is not such good quality, but it's explained very well and that's what matters the most.



This one is on haw to make a hexafishtail bracelet. It's way more difficult but it looks really cool.



This one looks really special! It's a dragon tail-bracelet and it's not that difficult to make. Also everyone has got a fork, you don't need anything special to make this.

Maia has bought a packet of looms too, but she hasn't made one yet (she's going to take them on vacation with her) but we'll post about it when she's made some. She bought glow-in-the-dark ones by the way. :)
She found hers in a toy store, but also Claire's sells them and you can find a lot on internet too.
