Hi,
We told you all already that Femke got a pair of customized Nikes in our Sportwear post and we said too that we were going to show you them in a sportwear shoplog. But they arrived last week and Femke couldn't wait to show you them. And don't they deserve an own post? So here they are! That sportwear shoplog is not for soon by the way, because we both didn't got the time for some sportwear shopping. So you should wait a bit longer for that.
Femke, who never owned any pair of sport shoes, put a lot of time in searching the perfect sport shoes (for her of course). She really enjoys to go jogging, so she chose to buy a pair of running shoes. On the Nike site you can see all the running shoes they sell and Femke liked this design the most: it's the Nike Roshe Run. This design is getting more popular, mostly for boys. But Femke saw some girls wearing them too, so they aren't only for boys. Femke liked most of the colors and patterns Nike sells in the Roshe Run design (there even is one with palmtrees, so cute), but Femke really wanted the perfect pair so she started customising. Which was a lot of fun, because you can change every little detail. First Femke wanted a cute pattern, then a flashy color, but she ended up with these black and white ones with some leather detailing. Also Femke put her initials on the back, because as you may have read in our post The Personal Touch, personalizing is a big trend. Femke thinks they look very stylish for a sportshoe and they're still wearable with a casual outfit. Normal Roshe Runs cost € 95,00, but these cost € 130,00. Femke thinks the price is not to expensive for a pair of customized shoes. The making of process lasted 1 moth and the delivery lasted only 5 days (and they were send in Vietnam). It's long, but deffinitely worth the waiting. They fit perfect (Femke tried of course first what her size was in the Roshe Run in some stores) and they are super comfy. So she is very happy with them! If you're looking for sport shoes you should really check out Nike's site. Because beside the fact that you can costumize some of there shoes, you have many choises. And remember: sport shoes don't always have to be ugly.
