Hi,
We recently went together to Laundry Day, a festival here in Belgium. Last year we both went there as well and it was just as amazing this time! However, the weather wasn't that great... It was a bit cold and rainy. So we tought it was a good idea to show you how we dressed for this weather and still looked cute:
Femke went for a layered outfit. She wore a cute loose button-up shirt that she recently got in Brandy Melville. On top of that she layered it with a faux-furr pull of H&M. This was a perfect choice, because she wouldn't have it too cold, but she could also easily tie it around her waist if she was to hot of all the dancing. She also wore her rain jacket of Zara. For pants she just went for a pair of jeans she once bought at H&M. And her shoes are her Nike Roshe Run ID's, they aren't waterproof, but they were perfect for all the dancing and standing you have to do on a festival, since they are the most comfy shoes ever!
She choose not to take a backpack with her this time. Because she had enough pockets in her jacket, pull and jeans to put all her stuff in.She wasn't wearing lots of jewellery either, only a couple of rings you can see on the picture above this post. And of course her festival bracelets!
Maia was wearing a very casual outfit. She decided to put on her casual ripped jeans from Zara with her Nirvana sweater from Pull&Bear. Underneat she was wearing a loose shirt with long sleeves. She was expecting a lot of mud (which was actually way better than expected) so she put on her new rain boots from Shoe Discount. They're low ones, which is a bit more comfy than high ones and altough they're just basic black ones, Maia really loves them. The only accesories she was wearing were two short necklaces. One black lace one and one with a purple crystal. Ofcourse she also brought a raincoat with her, but it's a very basic k-way, so it isn't really worth mentioning it one the picture. Since she hasn't got a lot of pockets, she brought her black Vans backpack with her.
We hope our looks inspired you for your next (rainy) festival!
xoxo
Femke & Maia
