Hi,
Having the right hair brush is really important. Once we made a post in wich we said you should always use a hair brush made out of natural hairs instead of metal. This helps to prevent getting split ends. But beside the material your hair brush is made of, the shape is equally important. It can make your hair smoother or give more volume or even prevent staticness. So before you grab your curler or sraightener (wich are incredibly bad for your hair), you should first look if you can solve your hair issues with the right brush.
We know that in the picture above there are still some metal brushes, but we're pretty sure you can find them made out of natural hairs or plastic too. And even if you don't, it'll always be better than using heat on your hair.
