Nail Art: Funny Fox

Hi!

Here's another nail art design from Maia! This time it isn't a tutorial with pictures but it's very easy to make, so don't worry, you'll understand it! ;)

Step 1: Put on a base coat. This is very important because it'll prevent your nails from turning yellowish because of the coloured nail polish.

Step 2: Put on orange or brown nailpolish. Make sure your nails are totally dry before continuing with the next step.

Step 3: Make a french manicure on all your nails except your little finger. For those who don't know what a french manicure is: it means that you paint the tops of your nails white.

Step 4: Now gradient your little finger from white to orange with a sponge. And for those who don't know how to do that we searched for a tutorial on WeHeartIt:

Step 5: Draw two green or blue (or whatever eye-color you like) on your thumb as eyes for your fox. You can do this with a toothpick (Maia  always uses a toothpick and it works perfectly) or you can a dotting tool. This is something you can buy or make yourself. Step 6: Draw black paws on index finger and ring finger also using a toothpick or dotting tool.

Step 7: Make two very smal black dots in the eyes you made in step 5 Also made a small black dot in the middle of the white nail polish as a nose.

Step 8: Now you have to draw the ears and wiskers with a toothpick or a striper. You can buy a striper or make one with this Cutepolish tutorial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DyWVfQVMCN8&feature=youtu.be

Step 9: The only thing left to do now is applying a top coat so it stays longer.

Et voila! Here's your cute little fox! Easy, huh!
