H&M Stops The Production of Angora Wool

Hi,

We're big animal lovers and H&M showed us that they're too. Maybe you already saw this very shocking video where you can see that people just pull off the hair of these poor agnora rabbits in en very painfull way(this is the link, but don't watch it if you're very sensitive). H&M used angora wool of these factories too and when they saw this video they stopped with buying these wool. H&M will only accept angora wool of factories where they treat their animals well. And people who bought something of these angora wool clothes in the H&M can bring these clothes back to the store and will get their money back. So this shows us how good H&M is!

Wedge Sneakers

Hi!

In our post 'If We Could Only Keep 5 Shoes' we both would keep a pair of wedge sneakers and in our shoplog from Hasselt you can see that Maia has bought another pair of wedge sneakers, so we're definitely wedge sneaker fans! ;)



The reason we love them so much is because it's easy to walk with and despite the high-heels, they still look casual. You can wear them with a pair of jeans but they also fit really good with leggings. They're a real must-have and if you haven't got a pair yet, here are our top 5 favorite wedge sneakers of the moment:

Our number one is these very very beautiful sneakers from Forever 21. Thereby they're only €38.90. :)

We also really love these. They're from Pimkie and cost €37.99.

 This pair from River Island for €65 look a lot more casual.

 This white pair we found at Topshop. We like them because they look really special and they cost only €83.

 We also love this less special pair from Urban Outfitters but they cost €225... :s

Cozy Christmas Sweaters

 

Hi!

It's almost winter and it's already getting really cold outside.. Or at least in Belgium. :) Anyway, we've wrote posts about mittens, coats, hats, etc. but what really keeps you warm is a cozy woolen sweater! We've already showed you a lot of lovely sweaters in our post Sweater Weather but admit it, the kind of sweater we all prefer is the Christmas sweater. ;) There's nothing more cheerful than these cozy, warm, funny sweaters! And thereby, they're totally back in fashion! With these cute Christmas sweaters you'll surely brighten up the cold, grey weather:

Maia  already went shopping for Christmas sweaters and bought two of them (actually her mom bought them and is going to give it to her for Christmas, that's why there are only the picture's from the webshop in this post). The firts one is this cute green one from New Look.

And the second one is this one for €24.99 also from New Look.

This sweater is also from New Look and costs €29.99.

Our favorite sweater of all is this one, also from New Look and also for €29.99.

Urban Outfitters has a lot of Christmas sweaters. One of our favorites is this one for €69.

Another from Urban Outfitters: this cute sweater with raccoons! It costs €55.

Oh :o This one looks so cozy with all that fur! It's from River Island and costs €75.

Also at River Island we spotted the sweater (€45) that's probably the brightest!

Wellies

 

Hi!

Autumn means much rain but it's still fun to go outside. Of course you don't want to ruin your shoes by mud and rain so the best thing to do is wear wellies! There are probably a lot of you who think that all wellies are ugly so we're here to prove the oposite! There are also a lot of funny and cute wellies in bright colors. Here are our favorites:




This is definitely the cutest one from this list! They're from New Look and cost €24.99




Also Forever 21 loves wellies! They sell these for €31.90 in pink and in dark blue.

Hunter is probably the most popular brand of wellies, so we've also take look at their site. Hunter wellies are a bit expensive but as you see also very pretty. These cost €150.

Aigle is also a brand known for it's wellies but the Aigle wellies are way cheaper than the Hunter wellies even tough they both have cute wellies. These for example cost €55.

As you can see wellies are cute and very practical! And to complete the look, what do you think of a warm pair of welly socks? ;)

Shoplog: Antwerp

Hi,

Yesterday, Femke went shopping in Antwerp, Belgium. And she didn't buy that much, just two pieces that she fell absolutely in love with. So here they are:

The first thing she bought is this pretty t-shirt with leather detailing on the shoulders from Zara. It costs € 22,95. Detailing on the schoulders is getting a big trend and we like it, because it makes your outfit even more special.

And this is the second thing Femke bought. It's a jacket from Forever 21 and it costs € 21,75. Everyone should have a varsity jacket and the ones with leather are in fashion.

We spotted Emma Stone in this goreous looking outfit. The gathered cuff pants give this outfit a very fun look, but it's still very chic. But if you don't like these kind of pants you can still rock this look with basic black pants, a black blazer, a bottom-down-shirt and sexy red heels. Zo simple, but very pretty!

Romwe really is the most popular online shop for fashionistas. When you look on Lookbook you see many clothes of Romwe. And of course we like this shop too! Femke got for her birthday this gorgeous sweater of Romwe:

Katy Perry's D&G Earrings

Hi!

Finally! Katy Perry released the Unconditionally music video! We can't be the only ones desperately waiting for this. ;) And it was worth waiting for, because it has even more beautiful then we expected. And what is it that makes this music video so perfect? What we like about it is that it is a bit fairytale-inspired and Katy Perry really looks like a prinsess. Her dress looks georgous, but a prinsess isn't a prinsess without golden jewelry! In this video Katy is wearing huge cross earrings from Dolce & Gabbana. They were probably really expencive so to end with, we found look-a-likes from Forever 21 for only €5.90:

Golden Leaves Crown

Hi!

A while ago we found this beautiful picture of weheartit. Her hair looks so perfect! :D We already know how you braid your hair like this. If you don't know yet we made a post about it, make sure to check it out here. The girl from the picture made more of a loose braid, but that's not so difficult to do. :) That's step 1, but of course it's not complete without the golden leaves crown. While we were checking out the sale at Free People (yes, that's right, a sale ;) So go check it out!) at we saw (unfortunately not in the sale) this beautiful crown:

It's not excactly the same, but still pretty similar, so perfect to complete the look. We've already said it was not in the sale, so it still costs €149.06. Hmmm maybe wait 'till the next sale?

Tiffany & Co's Atlas Collection

Hi!

Do you remember our post 'Dolce & Gabana Inspired by Romans'? Well appearantly They weren't the only ones inspired by Romans: the Tiffany & Co collection called Atlas contains multiple pieces of jewelry with Roman numbers on. Unfortunately, like all the Tiffany's jewels, it's very expencive...  So we keep on looking for look-alikes!

Leather Jackets

If there's one piece of clothing that's realy timeless it'd be the leather jacket.It was a trend ten years ago, it is now and in ten years it'll probably still be in fashion. We've selected the prettiest leather jackets of the moment in this post.

Most people think black and brown if they hear 'leather jacket' but there are a lot of fun leather jackets in color, like this college jacket from Urban Outfitters for €198.

A cheaper red jacket can be found at H&M for €39.95.

We like black leather jackets too, but it's always nice to wear something eye-catching. And this one surely is! It's from Forever 21 and costs €31.75.

And another eye-catcher from Forever 21 for €42.75.

And as usual the prettiest pieces of clothing can be found at Free People. This jacket costs €149.06.

We love this vintage looking jacket from New Look! It's from real leather, so pretty expensive... 119,99 €.

Or how about a white jacket? This one's from Zara and costs €79.95.
